Today was Kaia's first time hearing some monsoon action - lightning, thunder and driving rain. She didn't seem to mind at all. This is also one of the first days I've seen her fall asleep in her swing - such a good swing!
Also, for the last couple of weeks she's been smiling - tons in the morning - probably since she feels most rested. It's wonderful to finally be receiving some positive feedback from her...the smiles are wonderful - they make my heart happy.
I've been sleeping here and there - most in the mornings. I want to sleep more in the evening than morning though. For now, I'll fall asleep to the sweet sound of falling rain.
